Home Condition Survey is a small independent firm of chartered surveyors, regulated by RICS, operating in the Thames Valley and surrounding areas.

The company was founded in 2006 by James Bow, who has some 38 years experience in carrying out survey work in the region. Prior to setting up his own company, James managed Survey departments at a number of major and well-known companies in and around Reading.
